Once you complete your online payment, you will be sent to a "Thank You" screen. On this screen you will be able to click the name of your purchased video to start the download (see picture below). You will also be sent an e-mail receipt for your transaction; in this e-mail, you will find the link to your download. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to 'Open' or 'Save' the file, we strongly suggest that you choose 'save' and pick a familiar location, such as your desktop.
