I was born on February 7th @ 1:07 in the morning, i weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, my mom was in labor for 17 hours; this is why i chose to wear the number 7

I feel like I've been delt some incredible opportunities in life, so to pick a single day as the best is impossible. Each day that I'm able to continue to do what I want to do in order to work towards my goals is a 'best' day.

Just before the World Championships the sponsor i was with and I parted ways. I had to find someone to make me a new skate, get used to it, and try to compete with the World's best all in about 4 weeks. I was able to have Dave Simmons make me a skate in 24 hours, send it and get 3 solid weeks of training on it before Worlds started. I ended up winning 7 World Titles and captured 2 World Records; there's always a path to get you where you want to go, you just have to accept that it might not be easy.
